Do-it-yourself hinged hinges from a made-up cord ...
See the photos in order ...
1. We cut out a strip of fabric at an angle of 45 degrees to the warp thread (this is very important, otherwise the cord will turn out poorly) 3.5–4 cm wide in light tissues. 2-3 cm. In denser tissues.
2. Fold the strip with the front side inward. We grind along the bend with a seam 0.3–0.4 cm wide. First we grind a “funnel” for subsequent easy turning of the cord. And leave the sewing threads longer.
3. Cut the corner of the fabric, as shown in the photo. We take a machine needle and insert the left thread, at the end of the thread we make a knot.
4.5. We begin to carefully twist, do not rush here the main patience))) and do not try to immediately turn it out, slowly centimeter by centimeter. If it doesn’t work at all, you can trim the strip a bit.
6. The cord is ready-made.
7.8. Then, on the ironing board, we pin one end of the cord with a pin, and pull the other section by hand and without touching the cord, steam it well. Then let the cord cool down well.
9. The cord is ready-made.
10. 11. The cord is cut into equal parts (the length of the loop must correspond to the diameter of the button). Fold on the floors and put on the front side of the part (in this case, cuffs for the sleeve), fasten manually. Then we fold the part with its face inward, sew, twist.
12. Photo in finished form.
Thank you all for your attention. I really hope that everything is more or less clear ...
